Peter Lion had been inclined towards writing at a very early age. Throughout his growing up years in Connecticut he was seen dabbling in poetry as well as wrote a number of short stories. He set out to make a career of his passion with the words by first getting a degree in Journalism through the Southern Connecticut State University. He printed his very first magazine article in the Hartford Magazine before he graduated with his journalism degree.
He ventured to the television business before he’d finished his college. A couple of months before graduation, Peter Lion took up a job with WTNH-TV as a part time graphics operator. Then he moved to Boston and started working with WSBK as a Technical Director. He labored on several projects, his major one being the Boston Red Sox Baseball and Boston Bruins Hockey. Nevertheless, his desire to be in television with the exceptional passion for writing pulled him back in his home state as a part of a small television station start-up.
